When a client you refer settles a loan through Joshua James, the lender pays a commission. You receive 20% of the upfront commission on each settled loan. Joshua does the work; you make the introduction.
How it works
You introduce
Text or call Joshua with the client’s first name and number, or send the client your personal Borrowable link (Joshua gives you one when you’re set up). That’s the whole job. You don’t discuss products or handle documents.
Joshua does the lending
Assessment, lender selection, application, settlement. The client deals with him from first call to keys.
You’re paid when the loan settles
20% of the upfront commission the lender pays. Paid once the lender pays, with a statement showing the client, the loan and the amount.
